27.11.2026: Dream Bold! Career Orientation for Economists 27.11.2026: Dream Bold! Career Orientation for Economists

Event hosted by BGSE and Gleichstellungsbüro.

The Women in Economics Initiative e.V. (WiE) is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and balanced gender representation in the economics profession across all sectors.

In cooperation with the University of Bonn’s Equal Opportunities Office, the WiE Bonn branch is organizing a one-day career orientation workshop specifically designed for female economics students. The workshop aims to empower and motivate participants to take an active role in shaping their professional futures by developing career strategies that align with their individual strengths, values, and ambitions.

By providing a safe and supportive environment, the workshop encourages participants to reflect on their aspirations, openly discuss uncertainties and obstacles, and build confidence in their abilities. With a particular focus on career paths relevant to economists, it seeks to foster self-awareness and equip participants with the tools to make informed and confident career decisions.
